How do I return?
Please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org before the return is made. Our customer service will give you more detailed return instructions.
You can return the products by mail or directly to the store according to the instructions we provide. Return delivery to our office usually takes 5-10 business days. Once the return has arrived at us, we will process it within 2-4 business days and return the money to the payment method you use.

We do not receive consignments returned by mail! Returning conditions apply only to orders made in the online store.
In all its activities, Ninja follows the recommendations of consumer authorities.
Some of our products are hygiene products (such as transit earrings, piercing jewelery) that do not have any exchange or return policy (KSL 6 § 16).
