How do I make a refund?

Before you make a refund, please read these instructions carefully. We check all products before dispatch to ensure that you always receive the correct and faultless product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your order or if it is faulty, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products such as earrings and piercing earrings KSL Chapter 6 16 § 5, which are delivered in sealed packages, the seal is opened). The products must be unused and in good condition for sale. The customer is responsible for the depreciation of the product if it is returned in a condition other than the original condition. One return per order is free! For multiple returns, the customer will be charged 6,95€ for the shipping cost of the return. These return conditions apply only to orders placed in the online shop! In other cases, please contact us customer serviceLog in to your customer account to make a return. 

MAKE A RETURN

NOTE! IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, DO NOT MAKE A RETURN NOTIFICATION OR PLACE A NEW ORDER. Please contact our customer service directly: asiakaspalvelu@ninja.fi. Please do not contact us a picture of the wrong / defective product.

Once we have received your return notification, we will process it and send you an email with instructions on how to make a return. Returns are free of charge when made in accordance with the instructions. You can also make a refund directly to our store, However, remember to make a return notification before you deliver the products to our store.

Returns usually take 1-4 working days to be delivered to our office. Once we receive your return, we will process it and refund the money to the payment method you used. 

NOTE! Additional delivery charges will not be refunded on the return. If any discounts or promotional conditions in the order are not met after the return, the difference will be charged on the return. (For example, if the original order has exceeded the free delivery limit, but the value of the order after return is below the limit, the delivery charges will be charged according to the delivery method chosen, in accordance with the price list in force at the time.Otherwise, returned shipments may be charged the actual delivery costs. The reshipment will be invoiced at the shipping cost according to the current price list. One return per order is free of charge, after which the cost of the return will be charged in accordance with the price list in force.

MAKE A RETURN


Free returns from Finland

To benefit from free returns, the subscriber must log in to their customer account and fill in a return form and use the return ID provided by Ninja. The return instructions and return ID will be sent to you by email after the return request has been processed. The return can also be brought free of charge to a Ninja office.

If the value of the shopping cart is 0€ (zero euros) before delivery costs, the customer cannot take advantage of the free return right offered by Ninja, but the customer is responsible for the return costs according to the return method used.

Returns from abroad

Returns made from outside Finland will be charged to the customer.

Exchange

Product exchanges are always made via a new order, so that we can ensure the availability of the product you want and do not have to wait for the return to be processed.


Uncollected shipment

An uncollected shipment is not considered a return under the KSL. Unclaimed shipments will be charged the actual delivery and return costs according to the current price list. For orders collected from our stores, a delivery charge of 3,90€ will be charged if the order is not collected. 

Product advertisements

Ninja is responsible for ensuring that each shipment is carefully checked before it is sent to the customer. If, despite this, the product is defective or incorrect, a complaint must be made immediately to Ninja's customer service. If you wish to cancel the transaction, payment will be refunded within 30 days after Ninja has received the defective product.

Consumer Protection

Ninja complies with the Consumer Protection Act and the guidelines and recommendations of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority in all its activities. Some of our products are hygiene products (e.g. piercing earrings, piercing earrings), which do not have the right of withdrawal if the seal on the product packages has been opened (KSL 6: 16§ 5).
