Retail strike - what does it mean for our e-commerce customers?

The trade strike will not directly affect our online shop, so you can order from us with confidence. We will pack and dispatch your orders as normal. However, please bear in mind that the strike may affect the opening hours of our logistics partners' pick-up points, especially if they are located inside S, K or Lidl stores.

In smaller locations, there may be sudden changes in opening hours, or the shop may be completely closed during the strike. In this case, parcel collection may be delayed until Monday next week or the parcel may be diverted to another vending machine. Even then, there may be congestion and delays. We recommend that you check the opening hours of your chosen pick-up point or dispenser before placing your order to avoid any delays.

In order to facilitate delivery, we particularly recommend the use of parcel machines. They are often less dependent on store opening hours and typically remain available during strikes. This ensures that your parcel arrives without any extra stress.
