Product Complaints
Did you receive the wrong or defective product?
We strive to carefully inspect every order before shipping it and to pack the products securely so that they arrive in perfect condition. If, despite this, you have received the wrong or defective product, we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please do not cancel the order or place a new one. Instead, file a complaint by sending us a photo of the product along with a brief description of the defect you’ve noticed.

We will process complaints without undue delay and, if necessary, provide instructions on how to return the product or resolve the issue.
