Backgrounds

These terms and conditions are applied when the customer orders products from ninja.fi at www.ninja.fi. When placing an order, you agree to the general terms and conditions. These conditions do not weaken consumer rights under Finnish law (Consumer Protection Act).

Ninja has the right to suspend an online store when needed, for example to perform maintenance.

Ninja reserves the right to change these terms and conditions by notifying these terms and conditions by e -mail, in writing or via e -commerce. Orders shall be subject to the conditions in force at the time of the order, which the customer must approve before the order is extended.

All the texts and pictures shown on these pages are Ninja's property. Unauthorized use or copying of copyrighted image and text materials is prohibited.

Tariff

Product prices are euro (EUR) and include the valid VAT, which is currently 24%. Prices do not include processing or shipping costs. The prices we announce at the time of ordering are valid throughout the customer's entire purchase process.

Ninja reserves the right to cancel the order in the case of a clear price error. A clear price error means that the price of the product is clearly and significantly different from the correct price of the product (for example, if the product has a price of EUR 0.00 or the product has no price at all). In such a case, the incorrect price differs so clearly from the correct price that the consumer is considered to understand that the price information is incorrect.

If a campaign is underway in the online store or the customer has a campaign code that entitles you to the specifically mentioned benefit in the online store, the customer cannot use more than one benefit at a time. The customer cannot take advantage of the one -time advantage twice. The campaigns are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined. Campaign benefits are not granted afterwards. The first subscriber's interest is personal and can only be used once if the customer uses the benefit several times (eg using multiple emails) Ninja has the right to charge the customer's incorrect discount or cancel the order. If the benefit is granted afterwards, the benefit is deducted from the cost of the money (€ 0.35 -0.95).

Binding capacity

The parties binding agreement arises when Ninja has sent a separate order confirmation to the customer's email address (order confirmation). Confirmation is made as soon as Ninja has received the order and the payment has been successfully made. An order made on Friday, the Holy eve, or the holy, will be confirmed by 6:00 pm the next business day at the latest. The order can only be confirmed if Ninja is able to verify the customer's address.

In individual cases, Ninja has the right to reject the order. Ninja does not guarantee access to e -commerce products in all situations. All purchases with customer IDs are considered to be customer purchases. Therefore, it is important that the customer carefully retains the customer IDs so that they are not known to outsiders.

Delivery

Delivery Time and Delivery Notification

Orders will always be shipped by the next business day at the latest. Delivery time for stock products is usually approximately 2-10 business days, depending on the delivery method. The delivery time for orders placed after 2 pm will be calculated from the next business day. Delivery time is an estimate. When the delivery is delayed, the customer has the right to dismantle the trade. Ninja is not responsible for any damage caused by exceeding the estimated delivery time. During the holidays (for example, Christmas time), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Ninja receives and delivers orders in the order they arrive in Ninja.

At the time of the order, the customer will notify you whether to pick up the package from Ninja's store, or to the Post office/to the Post office or to the address they have provided by letter. Ninja delivers broadcasts primarily using the cheapest possible delivery method and reserves the right to change the delivery method. Orders worth more than € 40 will not be delivered by letter.

Once the order is ready to be picked up to the customer, a notification will be sent. The notification will be sent to the customer's email during the order phase. If you have stated that you will pick up your order from the Ninja store, the order should be picked up in person or by proxy. There must be an order number and a valid identity card. The order must be picked up within 14 days of arrival notice.

When picking up the order, the Postal or Matkahuolto office must include a valid identity card and an arrival notice or a package shipment ID. The order must be picked up within 7 days of the arrival notice.

Delivery method and shipping costs

A resident in Finland can choose from four alternative delivery methods:

  • Ninja stores
  • Post or Matkahuolto office
  • Post or Matkahuolto parcel terminal

You can select your order to the Post Office at the address you will be delivered. Ninja reserves the right to change the delivery method. Check all valid delivery methods and prices on our site under Delivery Methods.

Note! The maximum height of the letter and the small package is 30mm, all higher shipments are delivered as a package to the nearest post office. The additional costs of the package delivery can be charged to the customer.

Products will be delivered as one shipment

Ninja cannot guarantee the availability of products in all circumstances. If any of the products you order is not available, Ninja will notify the customer and deliver only the products available. Ninja refunds the unpublished paid products to the customer.

Ninja does not send post -deliveries.

Orders outside Finland

So far, orders will only be delivered to addresses in Finland and the Baltic States.

Payment

At Ninja.fi, you can pay for the services of three different payment service providers:

Clarna

Buy now - pay later!

These terms and conditions are applied between you and this trade where you buy goods, tickets or services when choosing a payment method later.

When choosing a payment method later, we will offer you the opportunity to pay on the due date, which is 30 days of sending goods or tickets or a day from which services or digital content will be available to you. We move we get to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you payment instructions to pay for your purchase directly to Klarna. If you would rather receive payment instructions by mail, please contact Klarna's customer service after purchasing. Contact information and other information about Klarna can be found on Klarna.fi.

Dues

We will charge you 0 € to you. If the claim is not paid, Klarna will send a reminder of which Klarna will charge a reminder fee of € 5.00. If, despite payment reminders, the receipt is still unpaid, Klarna may transfer the claim to the debt collection agency, which may incur the cost of recovery.

Credit check and processing of personal data

If you choose the payment method later, Klarna will assess your creditworthiness.

Klarna processes your personal information to fulfill its obligation on both this agreement and other purposes mentioned in our Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement can be read here and on our website, and using Klarna's services you confirm that you have read the leaflet. For example, we process your personal information to identify and analyze your customer relationships, to perform a credit assessment, to market and to develop our business. We may also transfer your information to the selected parties (such as credit firms) that may be located outside the EU/BC. Our privacy statement contains more information on sharing information, your rights to your own information on how to contact us in your questions or complain to the authorities.

A transfer or a transfer

You do not have the right to transfer or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to anyone else. Walley invoice/installment

Flexion and freedom of choice - pay at once or in parts, at the pace of your choice

Invoice and overdraft give you more time to pay for your e -commerce shopping. By using them, you can wait for your order to arrive in peace before paying it. You can make a payment either at once on an invoice or in smaller parts on an overdraft, so you can make the amount that suits you best monthly and distribute the payment for up to 36 months.

Invoice free payment time - safe and easy business

With an invoice you will always receive 45 days of interest -free payment for your e -commerce purchase. The long payment period allows you to check your purchase and return it before the invoice is due.

To take advantage of the payment period, you will need a positive credit decision, which is easy to apply for the purchase. You can apply for it if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal identification number and a permanent, official home address in Finland. Your credit information will also be reviewed from the register of Bisnode Finland Oy.

The payment method can be used for purchases of up to € 5,000.

Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase, you will receive an invoice for your purchase by email. If you want to pay the invoice in smaller installments and for a better payment period (1-36 months), you must enter into a continuous credit agreement with Collector Bank AB by logging in to your website at my.walley.fi. When signing a credit agreement, you will be granted a credit line available for subsequent purchases in accordance with credit terms.

When you have a valid credit agreement, you will only need to pay the minimum amount mentioned on the invoice you receive by the due date, but you can also make a higher amount if you wish. After that, you will be sent monthly by email until your credit is fully paid. You can always shorten your credit in the minimum amount of your account invoice, if you wish.

Credit costs and credit example: Ninja.fi The online store is subject to campaign terms, according to which an overdraft interest rate is 19.2 % as a nominal annual interest rate and a monthly fee of € 2.95 per month (for the first invoice € 3.80). If the credit limit granted is € 1,000 and it is used in full for purchases made from Ninja.fi and the credit will be repaid within 36 months, the applicable campaign conditions have a real annual interest rate of 28.6 %, a total amount of credit costs 403 €, the total amount of € 1,403 and the number of installments 36 pcs. Delayed fees will be charged legal reminder fees and recovery costs and interest for delayed periods.

Ordered products have a 14 -day return policy for receiving products. The products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging. Hygiene products (for example, sealing earrings, piercing jewelery) do not have a right of return (Consumer Protection Act 6: 16 Article 3 and 4).

Free refund to use the subscriber to contact Ninja's customer service before returning the products and use the return ID provided by Ninja to return. The return can also be brought free of charge to the Ninja office. Additional delivery services will not be refunded in connection with the refund. If the order has utilized free shipping and the value of the order after the return will not meet the current free delivery limit will be deducted from the refund of the shipping costs. Otherwise, the returned shipping costs may be charged for returned shipments. The shipment will be re -invoiced for consignment costs at any given time in accordance with the price list in force.

If, after the return, any discounts or terms of tenders in the order are not met, the difference will be charged at the time of the refund. For example, if the original order has exceeded the free delivery limit, but after the return, the value of the order is below the limit, the shipping costs will be charged according to the selected delivery method in accordance with the current price list.

Non -pick -up

No retrospective shipment is not considered as a refund according to KSL. The uneducated shipment will be charged for actual shipping and refund costs in accordance with the price list in force at any given time. For our stores, orders for picking up € 3.90 will be charged a shipping cost if the order is not picked up.

Product editions

Ninja is responsible for ensuring that each shipment is carefully checked before it is sent to the customer. If, however, the product has an error or the product is incorrect, the error must be immediately complained to Ninja's customer service. If you would like to dismantle the transaction, the fee will be refunded within 30 days after Ninja has received an invalid product.

Consumerism

In all its activities, Ninja follows the recommendations of consumer authorities.

Dispute

If the disagreement on the trade agreement is not resolved by negotiations between the parties, the consumer may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) to be resolved. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Registry (www.kuluttajeväntanta.fi). The disagreement can also be resolved at the EU's ODR Forum: (ec.europa.eu/odr)

Overwhelming obstacle

Ninja is not responsible for the delays and damage caused by an obstacle outside its influence, which it could not reasonably anticipate or cannot avoid consequences. The overwhelming obstacle is considered, for example. industrial action, staff illness, import and export bans, disruptions in transport, and pandemics. If the overwhelming obstacle continues for more than three months, both Ninja and the customer will have the right to cancel orders without any damages or delays.

Privacy and security

Payment at Ninja.fi online store is done with the help of Paytrail, Stripe or Klarna payment services.

Privacy

Ninja is responsible for the personal information reported to Ninja or who Ninja receives at the customer's order. Ninja takes care of proper processing and preservation of customer information. The information will be used in the conclusion and implementation of the delivery agreement, marketing measures for Ninja organized, charges and other customer relationship management situations. Ninja's customer register information will not be disclosed to third parties except for the technical management of the e-commerce (eg server or e-commerce platform). Customer can check the customer information held by Ninja by contacting customer service at asiakaspalvelu@ninja.fi.

Cookies

We use cookies in our service. Cookies commonly used in online stores and other online services are small identifiers that move from the server to the visitor's computer during sitting. We use cookies to allow the visitor to move to our site from one service to another during the session. The use of cookies is not visible to the visitor during the session or burden the visitor's computer.

Age limit

To deal with the online store, the customer must be at least 18 years of age.
