Free return from Finland!

Before making a return, please read these instructions carefully.

Cancelling an order

Ordered products have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of receipt of the products. The products must be unused and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the depreciation of the product if the product is returned in a condition other than the original condition. Hygiene products delivered in sealed packaging (e.g. earrings, piercing jewellery) do not have the right of withdrawal if the seal has been opened (Consumer Protection Act 6: 16§ 5) or the packaging has been opened in any other way.

The products must be unused and in good condition for sale. The customer is responsible for the depreciation of the product if the product is returned in a condition other than the original condition. One return per order is free of charge. For multiple returns, the customer will be charged the return shipping cost of €6.95.

We do not accept returns by postal order! These return conditions only apply to orders placed in our online shop! In other cases, please contact us customer service

How do I make a return?

Log in to your customer account to make a cancellation request. Once we have received your cancellation request, you will receive an automatic confirmation message. Once we have processed your cancellation, we will send you an email with instructions on how to make a refund. The refund is free of charge from Finland when the refund is made according to the instructions. You can also make a refund directly directly to our store, However, please make sure to make a cancellation request before you deliver the products to our store. For international orders, the customer is responsible for the return costs.

Duration of the return

Returns to our office usually take 1-4 working days for parcel returns and 5-10 working days for letter returns. 

Refund of payment

Once we receive your refund, we will process it the same day and refund the money to the payment method you used. Depending on the payment method, it may take 2-4 business days for the refund to arrive.

The amount of the refund may differ from the amount of the cancelled products

Additional shipping charges will not be refunded upon return.

If, after the return, any discounts or promotional conditions in the order are not met, the difference will be charged on the return. (For example, if the original order has exceeded the free delivery limit, but the value of the order after return is below the limit, the delivery charges will be charged according to the delivery method chosen, in accordance with the price list in force at the time.

Otherwise, returned shipments may be charged the actual delivery costs.

Reshipment

Re-delivery will be charged according to the current price list.

Defective or wrong product

If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please do not cancel or reorder, but contact our customer service directly: asiakaspalvelu@ninja.fi. Please enclose a copy of your order Please send us a picture of the wrong / defective product.

Exchange

Product exchanges are always made via a new order to ensure the availability of the product you want, rather than waiting for the return to be processed first. Please first submit a cancellation request following the instructions above and then place a new order for the product you wish to exchange.

Uncollected shipment

Uncollected shipments are not considered returns under the KSL. Unclaimed shipments will be charged the actual delivery and return costs according to the current price list. For orders collected from our stores, a delivery charge of 3,90€ will be charged if the order is not collected. 

Product advertisements

Ninja is responsible for ensuring that each shipment is carefully checked before it is sent to the customer. If, despite this, there is a defect in the product or if the product is incorrect, the defect must be reported immediately to Ninja. customer service. If you wish to cancel the transaction, payment will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the defective product by Ninja.

Consumer Protection

Ninja complies with the Consumer Protection Act and the guidelines and recommendations of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority in all its activities. Some of our products are hygiene products (e.g. piercing earrings, piercing earrings), which do not have the right of withdrawal if the seal on the product packages has been opened (KSL 6: 16§ 5).
