Customers can opt-in to Ninja's email and SMS mailing lists to receive marketing targeted to them by Ninja.
Email marketing
Customers can subscribe to Ninja's email list to receive up-to-date information about our products and news directly to their email inbox. We send two types of emails:
- Marketing emailsIn these messages, we inform you about new products, special offers and other topical issues.
- Subscription related messages: These include order confirmations, receipts and other communications related to your order.
At the end of each marketing email there is a link to easily unsubscribe from our mailing list.
SMS marketing
You can also subscribe to Ninja's SMS mailing list to receive information about our products and news directly to your phone. We send two types of SMS messages:
- Marketing messagesMarketing messages : We provide information about new products and special offers.
- Subscription related messages: We send arrival notifications, receipts and other updates related to your order directly to your phone.
Each marketing text message will include instructions on how to unsubscribe from the SMS list if you wish.
