Small silver-colored hoop earrings with cultured freshwater pearls

In these delicate hoop earrings, the bright finish of polished steel combines with the soft luster of freshwater pearls. A white, slightly oval-shaped pearl hangs from a small silver-colored hoop. The minimalist design is perfect for everyday wear and also adds a finishing touch to more festive outfits.

The hoop earrings are crafted from double-polished surgical steel, and the pendants are genuine cultured freshwater pearls. The total length of the earring is 2.2 cm, and the pearl is 6.5 mm wide. The inner diameter of the hoop is 8 mm, so it sits close to the earlobe.

Wear them on their own or pair them with small steel stud earrings. Cultured freshwater pearls may exhibit slight natural variations in shape and surface.

Usein kysytyt kysymykset

Korvakorut myydään pareittain, ellei tuotetiedoissa erikseen ilmoiteta muuta.

Tarkista tuotesivulta korun mitat ja vertaa niitä jo omistamaasi korvakoruun. Erityisesti renkaan halkaisija ja riippuvan korun kokonaispituus vaikuttavat siihen, miltä koru näyttää käytössä.

Korvarenkaiden koko ilmoitetaan tuotekohtaisesti halkaisijana. Tarkista tuotesivulta, onko mitta ilmoitettu sisä- vai ulkohalkaisijana.

Is surgical steel a good material?

Surgical steel is a popular material for jewellery because it is durable and lasts a lifetime. The steel itself does not wear in use, but the coatings on it, such as gold plating (14K or 18K) or other metallic coatings, can wear over time. The amount of wear and tear is influenced by the way the jewellery is worn and the PH of the wearer's skin, which is individual.

The durability of gold plating and other coatings varies; they generally hold up well to wear, but are not as long-lasting as the surgical steel itself. In particular, copper coatings can wear more quickly than steel coatings. Surgical steel can also be safely used in the shower or sauna, which makes it more comfortable to use. However, to prevent wear and tear and to ensure the longevity of your jewellery, it is important to be aware of your own usage habits and skin characteristics.
